- Psyllium husk - 15 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter - 30 grams
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - a handful
- Chili sauce (sugar-free) - for serving
Steps
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, combine coconut flour, psyllium husk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the egg to the dry ingredients and mix well until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- While the patties are cooking, season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, and grill it for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
