  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Zucchini - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to the pizza pan and brush it lightly with olive oil.
  4. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, sliced zucchini, mushrooms, and broccoli florets, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce and add black pepper to taste. Stir well to coat the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Spread the stir-fried vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  9. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions before serving.
