Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Transfer the rolled dough to the pizza pan and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, sliced zucchini, mushrooms, and broccoli florets, and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and add black pepper to taste. Stir well to coat the vegetables and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Spread the stir-fried vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
