  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Drain the firm tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chopped lemongrass to the pan, stirring for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Carefully add the tofu cubes to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Add the sliced red chili (if using), fish sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
