- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Ice cubes - as needed

Steps
- Wash the pandan leaves thoroughly and tie them into a knot.
- In a pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil and add the pandan leaves. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes to extract the color and flavor.
- Remove the pandan leaves and strain the liquid into a bowl.
- In the same pot, add the sugar to the pandan extract and stir until dissolved.
- Sprinkle the agar-agar powder into the boiling pandan liquid while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and let it cool at room temperature until set, about 20 minutes.
- Once set, cut the agar jelly into small cubes.
- To serve, place the cubes in a bowl, pour coconut milk over them, and add ice cubes for a refreshing touch. Sprinkle a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
