Trà Sữa
Trà Sữa, or Vietnamese milk tea, is a delightful blend of brewed tea and creamy milk, often sweetened and served over ice. This refreshing drink is perfect for brunch and brings a taste of Vietnam to your table.

Ingredients
- Black tea leaves - 10 grams
- Water - 500 ml
- Condensed milk - 60 ml
- Evaporated milk - 60 ml
- Ice cubes - 200 grams
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon (optional)
- Tapioca pearls - 100 grams (cooked according to package instructions)
Steps
- Boil 500 ml of water in a pot.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add 10 grams of black tea leaves. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a bowl, discarding the leaves. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.
- In two glasses, add 30 ml of condensed milk and 30 ml of evaporated milk to each glass.
- If desired, add sugar to taste and stir well.
- Add the cooled tea evenly into the two glasses, mixing with the milk and sugar.
- Prepare the tapioca pearls according to the package instructions, then divide them between the two glasses.
- Fill each glass with ice cubes and stir gently to combine.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Trà Sữa!
