Ingredients

  • Fresh peaches - 2 medium-sized, sliced
  • Jasmine tea leaves - 2 teaspoons
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mint leaves - a few sprigs for garnish
  • Ice cubes - as needed

Steps

  1. Boil 500 ml of water in a pot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the jasmine tea leaves. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the tea leaves, and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. While the tea cools, slice the peaches and place them in a bowl.
  5. Add honey and lemon juice to the peaches, mixing well to coat them evenly.
  6. Once the tea is cool, pour it over the peach mixture and stir gently.
  7. Serve the mixture over ice cubes in two glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
