- Fresh peaches - 2 medium-sized, sliced
- Jasmine tea leaves - 2 teaspoons
- Water - 500 ml
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mint leaves - a few sprigs for garnish
- Ice cubes - as needed
Steps
- Boil 500 ml of water in a pot.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the jasmine tea leaves. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the tea leaves, and let it cool to room temperature.
- While the tea cools, slice the peaches and place them in a bowl.
- Add honey and lemon juice to the peaches, mixing well to coat them evenly.
- Once the tea is cool, pour it over the peach mixture and stir gently.
- Serve the mixture over ice cubes in two glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
