Steps
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, fish sauce, black pepper, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
