Ingredients

  • Green tea leaves - 10 grams
  • Dried jasmine flowers - 5 grams
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Honey or agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
  • Ice cubes - as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Boil 500 ml of water in a pot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the green tea leaves and dried jasmine flowers.
  3. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea into a bowl to remove the leaves and flowers.
  4. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, stir in the coconut milk and honey or agave syrup until well combined.
  6. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the jasmine tea mixture over the ice.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
