Ingredients
- Green tea leaves - 10 grams
- Dried jasmine flowers - 5 grams
- Water - 500 ml
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Honey or agave syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Ice cubes - as needed
- Fresh mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Boil 500 ml of water in a pot.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and add the green tea leaves and dried jasmine flowers.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then strain the tea into a bowl to remove the leaves and flowers.
- Allow the tea to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
- Once chilled, stir in the coconut milk and honey or agave syrup until well combined.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the jasmine tea mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
