- Palm sugar - 30 grams
- Coconut milk - 100 ml

Steps
- Peel and thinly slice the fresh ginger.
- In a small pot, bring 500 ml of water to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the sliced ginger and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add the palm sugar and a pinch of salt, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and strain the ginger tea into two cups.
