Ingredients
- Green tea leaves - 2 teaspoons
- Hot water - 400 ml
- Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Honey - 2 tablespoons (or to taste)
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
- Lemon slices - for garnish
- Mint leaves - for garnish
Steps
- Boil 400 ml of water and let it cool for a minute.
- Add 2 teaspoons of green tea leaves to the hot water and steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a pitcher, discarding the tea leaves.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey until well combined.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- To serve, fill two glasses with ice cubes, pour the chilled tea over the ice, and garnish with lemon slices and mint leaves.
