Steps

  1. Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices, about 1 cm thick.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, minced shallots, chopped chili, brown sugar, soy sauce, fish sauce, black pepper, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
  3. Add the sliced pork to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
