Steps
- Finely chop the lemongrass, garlic, and shallots.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped lemongrass, garlic, shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
- Slice the pork shoulder into thin strips and add it to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
