- Peanut sauce - 50 grams (for dipping)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, minced shallots, fish sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, and lime juice to create the marinade.
- Cut the pork shoulder into thin strips and add to the marinade, ensuring the pork is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
