Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced shallots, sautéing until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Increase the heat to high and add the shrimp to the skillet, cooking for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn pink and opaque.
