  • Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced shallots, sautéing until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink (about 3-4 minutes), stirring frequently.
  4. Stir in the mixed mushrooms and bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
