  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving) - 4 leaves
  • Lime wedges (for garnish) - 2 wedges

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, black pepper, chili flakes, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
