- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps
- In a pot, combine coconut water, bruised lemongrass, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Once simmering, add the cleaned shrimp to the pot, ensuring they are submerged in the coconut water.
- Cover the pot and let the shrimp steam for about 8-10 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the shrimp hot, garnished with fresh coriander and lime wedges on the side. Optionally, add sliced Thai bird chili for extra heat.
