  • Scallions (chopped) - 2 stalks
  • Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro (for garnish) - a handful

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the shrimp with lemon juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, and black pepper for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare a steamer pot filled with water and bring it to a boil.
  3. Place ginger slices at the bottom of the steamer basket to infuse flavor.
