Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Carefully split the lobster in half lengthwise using a sharp knife, removing the intestinal tract and any inedible parts.
- Clean the lobster shells and place them on a tray, shell side down.
- In a small bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, minced garlic, fish sauce, black pepper, and a pinch of salt to create the marinade.
- Brush the marinade generously over the lobster meat, ensuring it gets into the cracks and crevices.
- Chop the scallions finely and set aside.
- Grill the lobster halves shell side down for about 10-12 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
