  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Chili pepper - 1, sliced (optional)

Steps

  1. In a pot, bring the vegetable broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped lemongrass and sliced ginger to the pot, allowing them to infuse their flavors for about 5 minutes.
