  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Sriracha sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush this mixture over the rolled-out pizza dough.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the sliced red bell pepper, julienned carrot, and sliced zucchini. Drizzle with soy sauce and toss to coat.
