Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Ground beef - 150 grams
  • Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Red bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, Sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  5. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot evenly over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven, and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro. Drizzle with additional Sriracha if desired.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
