- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Ground beef - 150 grams
- Sriracha sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Red bell pepper - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, Sriracha, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the beef.
- Add the sliced red bell pepper and julienned carrot evenly over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, and garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro. Drizzle with additional Sriracha if desired.
- Slice and serve hot.
