  • Chili sauce (Sriracha or similar) - 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk - 100 ml
  • Tamarind paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1/2
  • Green onion, chopped - 2

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, minced garlic, chili sauce, coconut milk, and tamarind paste. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the remaining chili sauce over the dough as the base.
  6. Evenly distribute the marinated shrimp on top of the sauce.
  7. Add the sliced red bell pepper and sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the shrimp.
