- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Cilantro - for garnish
Steps
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small saucepan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chopped scallions to the saucepan, cook for another 2 minutes until they soften. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, combine the fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
