Ingredients

- Garlic - 6 cloves, minced
- Fish sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Fresh coriander - for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, combine minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, honey, black pepper, sesame oil, lime juice, and chili flakes to create the marinade.
- Place the pork ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring that the ribs are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the ribs from the marinade and let any excess marinade drip off.
- Grill the ribs for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks. The internal temperature should reach 70°C.
- Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
