Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, erythritol, black pepper, coriander powder, paprika, lime juice, and olive oil to create a marinade.
  2. Add the lamb ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the lamb ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off.
