  • Scallions - 4 stalks, finely chopped
  • Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small pan, melt the coconut oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the chopped scallions to the pan and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice, fish sauce, salt, and black pepper.
