- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce (vegetarian) - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish) - a handful
Steps
- Prepare all the vegetables by washing and cutting them into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli and carrots first, stir-frying for about 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the bell pepper, snow peas, and mushrooms to the skillet, continuing to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until all the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, then add black pepper and stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
