Steps
- Wash all the herbs (lettuce, Vietnamese coriander, mint, basil, cilantro) thoroughly under cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices. Slice the radish and carrot into thin matchsticks.
- In a serving bowl, combine the lettuce leaves, Vietnamese coriander, mint, basil, and cilantro.
- Add the cucumber, radish, and carrot to the bowl, mixing gently to combine.
- In a small bowl, squeeze the juice of the lime and mix it with the fish sauce. If you like it spicy, finely chop the chili and add it to the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss everything lightly before serving.
