- Water - 50 milliliters
Steps
- Wash the mustard greens thoroughly under cold water and drain them well.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped garlic to the pan and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the mustard greens to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to wilt.
