Ingredients
- Mustard greens - 200 grams
- Spinach - 100 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce (Paleo-friendly) - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili (optional) - 1, sliced
Steps
- Wash the mustard greens and spinach thoroughly under cold water and drain well.
- Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- Add the mustard greens and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to wilt.
- Add the spinach and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the spinach is fully wilted and the greens are tender.
- Pour in the fish sauce and sprinkle the black pepper over the greens, stirring well to combine.
- If using, add the sliced red chili for a touch of heat and stir for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and serve warm as a side dish.
