Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Cooked prawns - 150 grams, chopped
  • Shredded cabbage - 100 grams
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Fresh mint - 15 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Rice paper wrappers - 4 sheets
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil - for frying

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped prawns, shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, cilantro, mint, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to fit the baking sheet, then transfer it onto the prepared parchment paper.
  4. Spread the prawn and vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the topping mix.
  6. Cut the rice paper wrappers into small strips and soak them briefly in warm water until pliable. Arrange the soaked strips over the cheese as a decorative topping.
  7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  8. While the pizza is baking, heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the remaining rice paper wrappers until crispy for garnish.
  9. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing. Garnish with crispy rice paper and a drizzle of chili sauce before serving.
