- Pork belly - 150 grams, sliced thinly
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha - 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced pork belly to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce and sriracha to create a sauce for the pizza.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Spread the hoisin-sriracha sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the cooked pork belly.
