Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Pork belly - 150 grams, sliced thinly
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Hoisin sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sriracha - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Green onions - 2, sliced
  • Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced pork belly to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until crispy, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce and sriracha to create a sauce for the pizza.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Spread the hoisin-sriracha sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the cooked pork belly.
  8. Add the julienned carrots and sliced cucumbers on top of the cheese and pork.
  9. Transfer the pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.
  11. Drizzle with lime juice before slicing and serving.
