Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Mango - 1 medium, sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh basil - 10 grams, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  6. Arrange the sliced mango, red bell pepper, and red onion on top of the cheese.
  7. Drizzle chili sauce over the toppings according to your spice preference.
