- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
- Lemongrass (finely chopped) - 1 stalk
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) - 100 grams
- Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Fresh mint (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Sliced bell peppers - 50 grams
- Sliced red onion - 50 grams
- Lime wedges - for serving
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, minced garlic, chopped lemongrass, and chili flakes. Marinate for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness (about 0.5 cm).
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the marinated ground beef evenly over the pizza dough.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced bell peppers, and sliced red onion on top of the beef.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
- Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and mint.
- Slice the pizza and serve with lime wedges on the side.
