Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour and water to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

  6. Cover the skillet and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through and the base is crispy.
  7. Carefully slide the pizza onto a plate, garnish with fresh coriander, and repeat with the remaining batter and toppings to create a second pizza.
