  • Salt - 1 teaspoon

  • Ground chicken (Halal) - 150 grams
  • Vietnamese sausage (chả lụa, Halal) - 50 grams, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime wedges - for serving

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  5. While the dough is rising, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the ground chicken until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a thin round shape, about 30 cm in diameter.
  7. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Spread chili sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  9. Top the pizza with cooked ground chicken, sliced Vietnamese sausage, red bell pepper, and green onions.
