- Active dry yeast - 5 grams
- Sugar - 5 grams
- Salt - 3 grams
- Olive oil - 15 ml
- Green onions - 50 grams, finely chopped
- Vegetable oil - 30 ml
- Soy sauce - 10 ml
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
- Tomato - 50 grams, sliced
- Mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili flakes - to taste
Steps
- In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms, about 8-10 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
- While the dough is rising, prepare the green onion oil by heating vegetable oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the green onion oil evenly over the dough, then layer the sliced bell pepper, tomato, and mushrooms on top.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and chili flakes to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
