Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour - 200 grams
  • Warm water - 120 ml
  • Active dry yeast - 5 grams
  • Sugar - 5 grams
  • Salt - 3 grams
  • Olive oil - 15 ml
  • Green onions - 50 grams, finely chopped
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Soy sauce - 10 ml
  • Bell pepper - 50 grams, sliced
  • Tomato - 50 grams, sliced
  • Mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili flakes - to taste

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  4. While the dough is rising, prepare the green onion oil by heating vegetable oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce.
  5. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  6. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a lightly floured surface to about 1 cm thick.
  7. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Spread the green onion oil evenly over the dough, then layer the sliced bell pepper, tomato, and mushrooms on top.
  9. Sprinkle with black pepper and chili flakes to taste.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and the vegetables are tender.
  11. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
