Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Button mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Shitake mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
  • Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Chili flakes - optional, to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced button and shitake mushrooms, red bell pepper, and red onion to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using), then remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  6. Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  8. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the vegetables.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot.
