- Pizza dough - 200 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Button mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Shitake mushrooms - 50 grams, sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, sliced
- Red onion - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams, chopped
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili flakes - optional, to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the sliced button and shitake mushrooms, red bell pepper, and red onion to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes (if using), then remove from heat.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
- Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the sautéed vegetable mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the vegetables.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot.
