Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Mì Quảng sauce - 100 ml
  • Tofu (firm) - 150 grams, cubed
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
  • Lettuce leaves - 50 grams, shredded
  • Peanuts (unsalted) - 30 grams, crushed
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the mì quảng sauce evenly over the rolled out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Distribute the cooked tofu, sliced red bell pepper, and julienned carrot evenly on top of the sauce.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges of the crust are golden and crispy.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, and crushed peanuts.
  8. Add shredded lettuce on top and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
