- Mì Quảng sauce - 100 ml
- Tofu (firm) - 150 grams, cubed
- Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Fresh cilantro - 30 grams, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 50 grams, shredded
- Peanuts (unsalted) - 30 grams, crushed
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Transfer to a baking sheet.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the cubed tofu. Cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Spread the mì quảng sauce evenly over the rolled out pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Distribute the cooked tofu, sliced red bell pepper, and julienned carrot evenly on top of the sauce.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the edges of the crust are golden and crispy.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, and crushed peanuts.
- Add shredded lettuce on top and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
