  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 100 grams
  • Squid, cleaned and sliced - 100 grams
  • Mussels, cleaned - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime - 1, juiced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled out dough.
  4. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add the shrimp, squid, and mussels to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes until they are just cooked through.
  6. Season the seafood mixture with salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes, and then add lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  7. Distribute the seafood mixture evenly over the pizza base.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve hot.
