Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- In a bowl, mix the coconut milk with the lime juice, salt, and black pepper to create a creamy sauce.
- Spread the coconut milk mixture over the tomato sauce layer.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the shiitake mushrooms, red bell pepper, carrot, and zucchini for about 5 minutes until they are slightly tender.
- Add the chili flakes and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
