Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Sweet corn kernels - 150 grams (fresh or canned)
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Vietnamese chili sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Red bell pepper - 50 grams, diced
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to a 10-inch circle.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sweet corn, minced garlic, diced red bell pepper, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the corn mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the corn mixture.
