- Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 150 grams
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Carrot, julienned - 50 grams
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, green onions, carrot, cilantro, fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle red chili flakes evenly on top.
- Spread the shrimp and vegetable mixture over the pizza base, ensuring an even distribution.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the shrimp mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
