Ingredients

  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined - 150 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
  • Carrot, julienned - 50 grams
  • Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, green onions, carrot, cilantro, fish sauce, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle red chili flakes evenly on top.
  6. Spread the shrimp and vegetable mixture over the pizza base, ensuring an even distribution.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the shrimp mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before slicing.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
