- Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
- Sriracha sauce - for drizzling
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced pork or chicken with soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the marinated meat evenly over the pizza base, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
- While the pizza is baking, prepare the fresh toppings by mixing the julienned carrots, cucumber slices, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
