  • Fish sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
  • Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - a handful, chopped
  • Sriracha sauce - for drizzling
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced pork or chicken with soy sauce, fish sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  4. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spread the marinated meat evenly over the pizza base, then sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
  7. While the pizza is baking, prepare the fresh toppings by mixing the julienned carrots, cucumber slices, and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
