  • Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1 medium
  • Carrot, julienned - 1 medium
  • Cucumber, thinly sliced - 1 small
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh mint leaves, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Sriracha sauce - to taste
  • Lime wedges - 2 for serving

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Brush this mixture onto both sides of the pita bread.
  3. Place the pita bread directly on the oven rack and bake for 5 minutes, until slightly crispy.
