Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, grated
  • Pork (ground) - 150 grams
  • Green onions - 2, finely chopped
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
  • Red chili - 1, sliced (optional)
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Remove the stems from the cauliflower and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
  3. Steam the cauliflower rice for about 5 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, egg, and mozzarella cheese until well mixed. Press the mixture into a round pizza shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake the cauliflower crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ground pork, cooking until the pork is browned.
  7. Stir in fish sauce, black pepper, and green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and evenly spread the pork mixture over the top. Garnish with cilantro and sliced red chili if using.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
