- Cauliflower - 400 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, grated
- Pork (ground) - 150 grams
- Green onions - 2, finely chopped
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Red chili - 1, sliced (optional)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Remove the stems from the cauliflower and pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice.
- Steam the cauliflower rice for about 5 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine steamed cauliflower, egg, and mozzarella cheese until well mixed. Press the mixture into a round pizza shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake the cauliflower crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ground pork, cooking until the pork is browned.
- Stir in fish sauce, black pepper, and green onions, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and evenly spread the pork mixture over the top. Garnish with cilantro and sliced red chili if using.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
