- Water - 150 ml

- Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
- Cooked chicken breast - 100 grams, shredded
- Bell pepper - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Red onion - 30 grams, thinly sliced
- Fresh basil - 5 grams, chopped
- Chili flakes - to taste
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth, then flatten it into a pizza shape on the parchment paper.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread a thin layer of soy sauce over it.
- Top the crust with shredded mozzarella cheese, cooked chicken, bell pepper, red onion, and basil.
- Sprinkle chili flakes over the top if desired, then return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
