Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 250 grams
  • Beef steak (Halal) - 200 grams, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Fresh basil - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef steak to the skillet, season with soy sauce, black pepper, and salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned, then remove from heat.
  4. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spread the sautéed onions and bell peppers evenly over the dough.
  7. Layer the cooked beef steak on top, followed by the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and basil over the cheese, and add chili flakes if desired.
  9. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.
