  • Green onions, sliced - 2 tablespoons
  • Hoisin sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Lime wedges - 2 pieces

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the pho broth evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the broth.
  6. Arrange the sliced beef sirloin evenly over the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over the toppings.
